Executive Director
As a Harvard alum with Masters'? degrees in law and business, I help high net worth individuals and family offices around the world to develop new asset management strategies to safeguard their financial assets. We deliver prompt, responsive and cost effective services and help our clients secure optimal investment opportunities in franchises, restaurants, hotels, apartment communities, single family neighborhoods and master-planned communities. After graduating from the TRIUM GLOBAL EMBA program -- the no. 1 ranked business program in the world, according to FT.com--, I have expanded the firm's horizons to help international investors and companies expanding into new markets develop apartment buildings, condominiums, condo-hotels, hotels and resorts, mixed-use projects and 5,000+ acre master-planned, golf course and yacht club communities.
Owner and operator of multi-family apartment communities; hotelier; resort development; sales and marketing; profit optimization; refinancing; acquisitions; strategy; green technologies; telecommunications; security.
In April 2005, I located and identified a site for a 276-unit apartment community on a 30-acre tract in Central Florida approximately one mile away from University of Central Florida. Once the 14-building community was built and practically fully occupied, we successfully converted the apartments to condominiums by generating more than $100,000,000 in sales in less than 2 years. In converting the project, I formed a real estate brokerage, mortgage brokerage, title company, property management company, condominium association management company, a broadband telecommunications company, a construction management company and a materials and supplies company so as to vertically integrate operations and streamline efficiencies.
