As a Sunnova Training Specialist, you will be responsible for training new hire classes, up-training, and working with Contact Center Supervisors and Contract Vendors Team Leads to facilitate trainings to agents. The Training Specialist will spend the majority of the time facilitating new hire training, refreshers, new initiatives, and monitoring and coaching call center agents. This role also requires collaboration with the Quality team to identify knowledge gaps and other training opportunities.
