With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.

The successful candidate will join a high-caliber team of engineers within the RAPID division to develop the next generation blank inspection platform.
This role will serve as the project manager for development and sustaining of high sensitivity blank inspectors for EUV and ArFi. The selected candidate will:
Manage overall project schedule, requirements, technical deliverables, and budget.
Align, monitor, and drive to closure project milestones, technical deliverables
Organize DfX reviews with relevant stakholders
Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering development teams
Manage technical requirements and feature list
Communicate project information with functional groups and provide executive level reports to management and vendor
Identify and resolve risks, conflicts, inter-dependencies and project issues quickly and efficiently

Minimum Qualifications
MS or PhD in Engineering or Physics,
5+ years related technical experience
3+ years experience leading a cross-functional engineering projects or groups as manager or project owner
Prior Project management experience
Experience with budget, schedule management, and task prioritization.
Proficient with Microsoft product tools (Excel, MS project, PowerPoint, Word and Visio).
Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
Self-motivated and proactive with strong critical thinking abilities
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to inspire teams and solve problems
Ability to be an assertive teammate who can get things done.
Must have flexibility to travel outside of Michigan based on business needs.
PhD with 3+ years experience OR Masters degree with 6 + years experience.
