Job Description

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead by example, fostering a climate where your team feels motivated, engaged, and empowered to deliver exceptional results aligned with organizational goals.

Provide clear direction, support, and mentorship to team members to enable their professional growth.

Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and coaching to help team members reach their full potential.

Manage team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and promoting work-life balance.

Operational Excellence:

Make informed, timely decisions to ensure projects progress smoothly, always prioritizing safety and compliance.

Oversee project management activities, including safety protocols, material consumption, quality assurance, and accurate reporting.

Identify non-compliances and areas for improvement, initiating change management processes to drive positive outcomes.

Take ownership of the implementation and adherence to health, safety, environment, and security (HSES) standards on-site.

Document repair and revision activities with detailed photographs and reports, adhering to business guidelines.

Technical and Software Proficiency:

 

Leverage Office 365, LEADING EDGE, and other relevant software to streamline operations, reporting, and communication.

Stay informed about new technologies and applications, integrating them into Field Service processes to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Train team members on effective use of software and tools, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

Maintain and enforce a safe working environment, particularly in high-risk conditions such as working at heights or using specialized access methods.

Conduct safety briefings and ensure all team members are well-versed in HSES protocols.

Act as a role model for safety, addressing any potential hazards proactively.

Flexibility and Commitment:

Work in shifts and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and operational demands.
