Job Description:
Gathers data, analyses and reports findings. Gathers data using existing formats; resolves disputes and acts as an SME, first escalation level.
Conducts analyses to solve relatively standardized or repetitive information and data queries/problems.
Works within a limited variety of well-defined procedures and practices (not necessarily standardized) and is supervised on progress and results by manager. Works autonomously within this defined scope, directly supporting management and specialists.
Supports stakeholders in understanding analyses / outcomes, guides based on basic data analysis. Interaction with others demands influencing and persuasion in a tactful manner to obtain and understand the background of information.
Identifies shortcomings in current processes, systems and procedures and makes suggestions and gives input to improve existing methods, systems and procedures.
Accountabilities:
Provide support and guidance from Card application to expense management.
Communicating timely and effectively the requirements of the card process and expense management.
Work closely with process experts to recommend fit for purpose Employee Success processes.
Working closely with the partner bank in the timely and effective resolution of employees' card requirements.
Providing clarity of policy to users and guidance/support to reinforce compliance.
Ensuring 100% accuracy of data in EMS and card profile.
Productivity: QM (30 cases) , Card Application (20) including queries associated with it.
Performing risk assessment and determine level of risks and formulation of mitigations.
Ensure KPIs are monitored/achieved and work with the Team in the identification of root causes and sustainable get to green actions.
Work with the Leads and process experts on complex process issues and support in the process and WI update if necessary.
