This is a chance for you to put into practice theories and concepts that you’ve learnt at the University.
Customer Operations Department is a link between our customers and other Shell departments. Currently, it supports customers in Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Italy. If you are a person who likes interacting with people and have excellent organizational skills, the internship in Customer Operations is the place for you! This department offers you the opportunity to launch yourself on an international career path.

Requirements:
Student Status (Currently enrolled as a student) or recent Graduate
Language Skills: Communicative English min B2
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a creative and innovative approach.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Very good organization of work and planning skills.
Team Player: Ability to cooperate efficiently in a team.
Willingness to Learn: A proactive attitude towards continuous learning.
Technical Proficiency: Very good knowledge of MS Office.
