Our Graduate Programme is a rigorous development framework of specific competences, business-critical capabilities, and critical experiences that will enable you to become a competitive professional by the end of the 3-year programme. 

 

We are recruiting for the following Jakarta-based Graduate positions:  

  • Digital Business Development Advisor – a degree in IT, System Information, or any Engineering course is preferred.  

  • Logistics Analyst – a degree in Engineering (most relevant would be Industrial), Business, Economics, or Supply Chain is preferred. This role requires frequent travel around Jakarta.

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you must meet the below requirements: 

 

  • You must be in your final year of study or have graduated from a recognised University with less than 3 years' work experience. 

  • You must be lawfully authorized to work in Indonesia and available to start in August 2025 

  • There are no specific academic requirements for grades at A level or GCSE equivalents, however, we do expect candidates to have a strong academic record. 

  • Fluent in English communication including writing, speaking, and reading. 

  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and leadership presence.
