We are looking for enthusiastic and talented professionals to join us as “Compensation & Benefits Specialist” in the HR Department.

What will be your contributions:

  • Be a member of the Global C&B team, influencing how the role supports and delivers value to the organization,
  • Responsible for all local and global compensation & benefit (C&B) programs,
  • Collaborate in job grading and evaluation, assisting in the development of effective grading schemes,
  • Monitor market practices, trends, and requirements to ensure market competitiveness,
  • Work with peers from other countries to catch up the best C&B practices on common projects, benchmarking, proposals for executives, annual bonus, share plan processes,
  • Manage and implement annual pay review process,
  • Analyzing and reporting on all HR metrics,
  • Collecting and analyzing HRIS needs, sharing with local vendors and global stakeholders,
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity by overseeing updates, mass requests, and data correction processes.

 

What will be decisive: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics & Statistics, or a related field,
  • 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in Compensation and Benefits and/or HRIS Management,
  • Proficiency in job grading and evaluation (Mercer), managing salary cycles, and supporting various HR operations,
  • Very good command of MS Office programs (especially excel),
  • Successful in relationship management,
  • Having high financial awareness, analytical thinking, planning and time management skills,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.
