What’s the role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work independently within defined projects and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications. With strong expertise in C#, .NET, React.js, Azure services, and SQL Server, you will be responsible for building both front-end and back-end components, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient code, and following secure coding practices. You’ll be part of a team that values high-quality user experiences, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable applications using C#, .NET, and React.js.

• Build and integrate Azure Functions and other Azure services to create serverless and cloud-native solutions.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures in Azure SQL Server for performance and reliability.

• Work with Docker and Azure Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

• Create and maintain Excel VBA macros and VB.NET components.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and UX designers to deliver features that meet business requirements.

• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and follow best practices in software development.

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement in both code and development processes.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute ideas to improve system architecture and performance.

What you bring

• 9-12 years of total experience in Full Stack Development.

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET for backend development.

• Proficiency in React.js for building responsive and dynamic front-end applications.

• Track record of delivering at least 3 large-scale projects, demonstrating end-to-end ownership and technical leadership.

• Strong leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members, driving collaboration, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Strong experience with Azure Functions and Azure SQL Server, including development, integration, and optimization.

• Familiarity with Docker, Azure Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.

• Knowledge of Excel VBA, VB.NET, and desktop/web application development.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.

• Knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit, and front-end testing tools like Jest.

• Experience with version control systems like Git and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  Good problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Experience in Terraform and AKS are advantageous.

• Familiarity with other Azure services like Azure App Services, Key Vault, Event Grid, or Service Bus is preferred.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of performance tuning, security best practices, and cost optimization in cloud environments is a plus.

• Azure certifications are a plus.
