As a Senior Digital Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Being accountable for the overall commercial proposal strategy for the deals that include joint digital product offering
• Owning the proposal development process, including proposal quality and automation/productivity
• Working collaboratively and cross-functionally, providing leadership and strategic guidance in a matrix environment to drive optimal proposal results and minimize risk through coordination with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Compliance
• Driving commercial compliance, including commercial process and contracts risk management
• Exhibiting strong expertise in the development of risk mitigation strategies that consider identified triggers in RFP’s and customer T&C’s while meeting business objectives
• Analyzing/evaluating terms and conditions and lead contract negotiations, engaging with customers to close deals
• Recognizing contract essentials and escalate issues for appropriate resolution
• Developing negotiation strategy, anticipating and removing obstacles to closure
• Team with sales manager to develop new opportunities and define commercial strategy

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Have significant experience in a Sales/Commercial role, with preference for contract risk management, contract negotiations and interest in cloud based software as a service, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.
• Be committed to customer service and have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Have good commercial acumen, negotiation experience and ability to coordinate several deals simultaneously.
• Be fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills. Portuguese is preferred.
