As the Quality Control Supervisor, you and your team will provide inspection support related to the procurement and manufacture of instrumentation and control equipment, mechanical components, and parts for the Reuter-Stokes product lines.

As the Quality Control Supervisor, will have the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring product and process compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices.
  • Managing day-to-day operations and resolve operational issues in order to reach defined business targets.
  • Procuring and maintaining required inspection measurement tools and equipment.
  • Leading, coaching and managing a team of 10+ direct reports (various inspection disciplines).
  • Applying technical and quality knowledge and practical experience to the analysis, investigation, and solution of quality problems to assure that prompt and effective corrective action is taken.
  • Leading cross-functional resources to track, trend, and resolve internal processing issues.
  • Representing the Reuter-Stokes business in the support of external audits from customers and regulatory agencies.
  • Driving continuous improvement in Quality systems, product yield and customer satisfaction.
  • Writing and reviewing technical quality documents, plans and procedures, as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or inspection).
  • At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Prior experience leading direct reports.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills,
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Electrical and/or Mechanical Inspection experience
  • Experience interfacing with customers
