Quality Control Supervisor

As the Quality Control Supervisor, you and your team will provide inspection support related to the procurement and manufacture of instrumentation and control equipment, mechanical components, and parts for the Reuter-Stokes product lines.
As the Quality Control Supervisor, will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring product and process compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices.
- Managing day-to-day operations and resolve operational issues in order to reach defined business targets.
- Procuring and maintaining required inspection measurement tools and equipment.
- Leading, coaching and managing a team of 10+ direct reports (various inspection disciplines).
- Applying technical and quality knowledge and practical experience to the analysis, investigation, and solution of quality problems to assure that prompt and effective corrective action is taken.
- Leading cross-functional resources to track, trend, and resolve internal processing issues.
- Representing the Reuter-Stokes business in the support of external audits from customers and regulatory agencies.
- Driving continuous improvement in Quality systems, product yield and customer satisfaction.
- Writing and reviewing technical quality documents, plans and procedures, as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or inspection).
- At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
Desired Characteristics:
- Prior experience leading direct reports.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills,
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Electrical and/or Mechanical Inspection experience
- Experience interfacing with customers
