What is the role?

Lubricants direct OBAM role requires exceptional skill and focus on customer portfolio/relationship management while hunting of new business within your market. This is a role for someone with passion for customers and sales that want to help their customers to navigate through the energy

You WIlT

  • Ensure full adherence to Ethics & compliance and HSSE Shell standards.|

  • Develop and execute sales plans.

  • Lead your mission to develop the lubricants portfolio.

  • Develop and maintain long term commercial relationships with key accounts, and external stakeholders.

  • Be a Role model in Sales 1st behaviours/methodology.

  • Interface with Customer Operations, Marketing, TM, KAM and e2e partner functions. (e.g. Credit), to ensure highest standard of service for your customers.

  • This position will also support other KAMs of the team to answer specifics realization.

Requirements needed?

  • Passion for sales, customers and closing deals.

  • Experience in prospecting/cold-call sales, value selling negotiation of high value contracts.

  • Demonstrated ability to grow sales and profitability.

  • Customer obsession to understand and anticipate your customer needs and find solutions.

  • Excellent communication and networking skills.

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge in lubricants products.
