  • Ensure that EC security activities comply with international and individual country laws, especially with the Shell General Business Principles (SGBP), Ethics and Compliance, Code of Conduct and the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR).
  • Dimensions
    • The EPM will be instrumental in supporting and advising the Country/Cluster Security Managers, Real Estate Security, and other Shell staff on EC related security matters.

  • Previous experience of engaging with senior leaders, and ability to challenge when needed.
  • Experience of using assessment tools to identify risks and of implementing strategies to manage risks highlighted in such assessments.
  • Experience with residential security on a functional level, including formal assessments and deploying physical and operational security measures implementation
  • Proficient understanding of the range of security threats EC members face, including the drivers for such threats and how they evolve.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills in complex and challenging professional environments.
  • Proficient oral and written communications skills to succinctly report and advise on security matters.
  • A pre-existing network of relevant external stakeholders (government, industry, law enforcement agencies etc.) is desirable.
  • The successful applicant will be subject to background screening.
