Are you a senior Enterprise Cyber Security Architect with experience in Security Strategy, On-premise + Cloud
Hybrid Environments and leading a Security Architecture function at a large,

in the role of Director Enterprise Cyber Security Architect!
As a critical member of the Enterprise
Architecture Team, this person will define the strategic direction of and lead
all aspects of the development and evolution of Enbridge’s cyber security
architecture. This role will provide technical and architectural direction to
the CISO and TIS Cyber Security leadership as well as work with senior
executives and regulatory bodies to drive understanding, actions and decision
making as it relates to cyber security architecture at Enbridge.

What
You Will Do:
- Lead and develop the vision and strategy on security
architectures of applications, data, and technology for OT and IT
workloads in a complex hybrid environment of on-premise and cloud - Lead and develop the security strategy that meets the
regulatory needs and enables management of threat and breach detection and
incident, intelligent security controls for detection and continuous
monitoring - Develop and maintain the cyber security reference
architecture - Partner with Enbridge’s CISO, the Cyber Team and other
TIS leaders to incorporate the cyber security future state standards and
strategies into TIS reference architectures - Design and conduct/perform various business simulations
and response/recovery for each business unit and enterprise with the
objective of improving NIST score and ensure compliance with regulatory
agencies - Stay abreast of industry technology evolution and cyber
security threats that will drive the evolution of the cyber security
reference architecture - Interpret upcoming regulatory changes related to
infrastructure operators in the O&G industry and ensure the
architecture is aligned to all Regulatory guidelines (i.e. NIST framework,
NERC/SIP) - Proactively work with leaders across Enbridge and
collaborate with ensure disaster recovery plans are documented and tested - Validate that the security patterns, frameworks, and
standards align with Enbridge’s Enterprise Architecture directives and
industry standard methodologies - Develop and maintain the cyber security technology
roadmap to support the evolution of the cyber security reference
architecture - Partner with the Enterprise Architecture Review Board
to drive technology decisions that align with the cyber security reference
architecture and technology roadmap - Develop the security architecture for key programs,
such as ERP - Develop blueprints, specifications, models, and
guidelines to guide the technical solutions for Enbridge - Approve all cyber security technology decisions that do
not align with the reference architecture - Provide thought leadership to guide TIS executives by
clearly articulating strategic security architecture plans - WhoYou Are:
- University degree, preferably in Computer Engineering,
Computer Science or related field, and 15+ years’ experience in senior
Information Security roles, with at least 5 years leading a Security
Architecture function in a complex, global organization - Demonstrated ability working in a complex hybrid cloud
and on-prem environment - Demonstrated ability working to secure OT/SCADA systems
- Experience working with, one or more formal Enterprise
Architecture frameworks. - Proven ability to lead global architecture initiatives
in a highly complex and matrixed organization - Ability to lead through influence, strong leadership,
and collaboration skills. - Required certifications CISSP and CCSP, Azure Security
- Excellent oral and written communication skills,
experience presenting to senior leaders - Attention to detail and strong planning and management
ability - Experience as a key technical partner in global
technology transformation efforts; ability to inspire and align
technologists - Drive efficient and effective decision-making, and to
deliver and support a robust information security governance framework
