About the Role
The Construction Execution Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of the offshore maintenance campaign, including resolving vessel clashes, ensuring availability of resources, optimization of resources etc. to align with PEC requirement and timeline.
Where You Fit In
The Construction Execution Engineer won't have direct reports but will be accountable of the following:
• Monitor and verify campaign readiness based on IAP plan entry criteria (PEC), 14 days Look Ahead, Break in management and challenge execution readiness with Work Preparer (Campaign).
• Maintain close communication with the CSR, Project Engineer/ Work Preparer, Construction Supervisor/Superintendent and Contractor’s Operations Engineer (OE) on daily work progress and on the level of resource utilization.
• In collaboration with Construction Operations Engineer to ensure timely provision of Contractor Manpower, supplied equipment, materials, consumables and other relevant resources, based on workpack and contractual requirements.
• In collaboration with Work Preparer (Campaign) to ensure timely delivery of project materials and equipment and resources (vendors) accordingly to offshore execution planning.
• Drive workpack planning on execution strategy (Workpack Challenge, IPOP, HAZID, SIMOP Workshops), resource utilization, procedures, final review and endorsement of these documents.
• Ensure pre-fabricated and hook-up material are ready within (one (1) month) time frame prior to construction execution window.
• To provide ad hoc and emergency supports as and when required.
• To ensure the Safety & Quality standards and practices are maintained
• Verification of Work Liquidation vs Performance Monitoring Report and DPR
• Drive execution based on frozen workscope as per Workpack.
• To ensure timely completion of campaign close out reports and final documentations (E.g. Redline Mark-up, Handover Certificates, Punchlist Item).
• Identifying showstoppers and taking the lead in resolving them with the assistance of the respective team members.
• To drive cost leadership by monitoring and tracking daily cost performance of offshore execution.
• To drive offshore execution works to achieve target productive hours as per workpack planning.

What We Need From You
• University engineering degree/diploma holder (or other technical subjects)
• 5+ years' experience within the Oil & Gas Industry, preferably Operations or Maintenance, Offshore Construction/HUC
• Good project management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive approach to resolving difficult situations
Special Challenges:
• Have full, in-depth knowledge and able to make changes (if deemed necessary) on the sequence of maintenance activity from planning, material procurement, mobilization and field execution
• Able to recognize and take recovery measures for stalling activity and seek immediate support
• Maintain clear communication channels with multiple parties (Asset Team, Activity Owners, Contractors and/or Third Party Contractors) in order to consolidate vital information and maintain collaboration and synergy as one multi-disciplinary, multi-role unit of different backgrounds to produce good quality work, from planning to
execution
• This position requires a high level of accuracy while working in a very fast paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate must be very detail-oriented and understand the need for urgency inherent in the role
• Relentless in finding new ways and utilizing new technologies to deliver work effectively and efficiently
