Automation Engineer in El Dorado Hills, CA, and up to 10% travel to various locations. Designs, configures, integrates, and implements process controls solutions for power generation/solar PV. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent and 1-year experience is required. Has knowledge of process instrumentation and control systems for renewable and traditional power generation energy sources. Has knowledge of networking communication protocols including Modbus RTU, TCP/IP, and DNP3. Must be proficient in PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems and have experience with commissioning and startup of control systems. M – F, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week, 94k per year.
