Job Description:
The Analyst – Manage Indirect Tax submits accurate and controlled indirect tax returns and accounting data. This role supports the business to deliver on priorities and understand tax risks.
Job Purpose:
Gathering and Reconciliation of Tax Data
Preparation and Filing of Tax Returns and Royalty Reports
Processing Tax Payments
Issue Resolution on Government Audits and Assessments
Status of Accounts Reporting (SoAR)
Management of Tax Exemption Certificates
Management of Tax Rates and Rules
Processing of tax adjustments
System tax setup update
Job Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree
2-3 years combined work experience in Tax, Audit, Finance or Accounting
Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Access.
Excellent written and spoken business level in English.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy with financial information.
Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge in ERP system such as SAP, Endur, CorpSales,Sharepoint
Experience on processing VAT/Sales Tax, Excise Tax /Duties, Customs/ Import Duties, Cross-border Indirect/Transaction Taxes, Energy/Environmental Taxes, in a diverse/global company
