Where you fit in
You will be part of the Portfolio & Premium Services sub-team. The goal of this team is to provide a set of support services to the Learning Managers including support for DIY learning, support for tools such as Nomination tool, content curation, portfolio review, support for launch and marketing of learning programs, and reporting and insights.
You’ll be in the global Learning organisation, headed by VP Learning and part of the larger Talent & Learning organisation.
The Learning organisation comprises all the capabilities required to deliver the end-to-end learning lifecycle from identifying skill & knowledge gaps to delivering a high impact learning & KM experience.

What's the role?
Your accountabilities will include:
- Engage with stakeholders from Global Lubricants and Mobility Learning to scope the requested portfolio or premium service.
- Find and implement opportunities for value add and guiding the requestors to the most optimal solutions.
- Partner with the Planning, Analytics, and Insights and relevant Learning stakeholders to collate and analyze learning data to deliver reports and insights.
- Analyze and derive insights from learner data, together with Learning Teams to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of their learning programs and initiatives.
- Deliver, with quality, high-touch, high-impact learning operations for defined learning projects and learning programs.
- Act as a thought partner to key stakeholders and surface opportunities to bend/borrow/buy content, address content duplications, and align the courses’ delivery methods with their targeted outcomes using portfolio reviews
- Collaborate with Learning and other functional teams to ensure consistency & data quality in learning portfolio & learner consumption data
- Partner with Learning teams on delivering high impact portfolio projects, and function as an integrator of the different learning design processes, systems, and support teams while championing the Learning Operations service model to stakeholders
- Leverage best practices and identify CI/standardization opportunities across the Shell learning portfolios
