Minimum Qualifications B.S. Degree in Mechanical engineering or other related engineering degree. Overall GPA of 3.0 or above (A=4.0) (Must provide proof of current GPA at time of hire to verify eligibility requirements are met). Refinery/Petrochemical process plant engineering experience providing technical support for unit operations
piping
fixed or rotating equipment. Valid driver's license required. Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker's Identification Credential (TWIC) Preferred Skills: Two (2) years or more of related engineering experience Working knowledge of ASME PCC-2 Repair of Pressure Equipment and Piping Familiarity or experience with API 650 and 653 Tank Design
Fabrication and Inspection codes Experience with performing Level 1 and/or Level 2 API-579 Fitness for Service Analyses Experience applying ASME/API/NBIC codes and calculations relating to alterations
re-rates and repairs Familiarity
working knowledge or direct experience with API 580/581 Risk Based Inspection methodology
